(The scene opens inside the media interview room, where the buzz of reporters and cameras fills the air. The door bursts open, and Ryan Samuels storms in, still radiating the energy of his recent victory. Sweat drips from his brow, and his eyes burn with intensity, but there’s a noticeable happiness in his demeanor. He’s a big man, towering over the gathered media, his presence commanding the room.)
Ryan Samuels: (pacing in front of the cameras, his voice booming) Helluva fight out there tonight! METAL HERO, bum knee and all, showed up ready to fight. But tonight… tonight was my night!
(The room falls silent, hanging on his every word. Ryan stops pacing, planting his hands on the podium as he looks straight into the cameras.)
Ryan Samuels: (with a nod of respect) But let me tell ya somethin’. METAL HERO might’ve lost tonight, but that don’t mean he’s out. Y’all ever seen what happens to metal when it gets struck? It gets stronger! Each hammer blow, each hit, it just forges it into somethin’ tougher. And that’s METAL HERO for ya. That man’s gonna bounce back, and when he does, he’ll be a force to reckon with. So, HERO, wherever you’re at—hold your head up high, brother. You’ve got nothin’ to be ashamed of!
(The room murmurs in agreement, acknowledging the respect Ryan’s showing for his opponent. Ryan straightens up, a grin spreading across his face, his cowboy charm shining through.)
Ryan Samuels: (with a chuckle) Now, I ain’t done yet. That was just the first step. Next up, I’ve got Jimmy Winner in a Sports Form Rules match, and lemme tell ya—I’m rarin’ to go! Jimmy’s a tough son of a gun, no doubt about it. He’s got that judo background, knows how to twist a man into a pretzel. But I’m ready. I’m gonna bring the fight to him, cowboy style, and show him what it means to stand toe-to-toe with the Midwest Nightmare.
(Ryan’s eyes blaze with determination as he points a finger toward the camera, his voice steady and confident.)
Ryan Samuels: (grinning) Japan… this country, these people… they’ve given me a chance, and I ain’t about to waste it. I came here to leave my mark, to put my stamp on this land of warriors, and that’s exactly what I’m gonna do. Jimmy Winner, you better be ready, ‘cause I’m comin’ for you with everything I’ve got.
(He slaps his chest, his adrenaline still coursing through his veins, and the room feels the intensity of his words.)
Ryan Samuels: (with a respectful nod) I’ve always said it—win or lose, I leave it all in that ring. And Japan, y’all deserve the best fight I can give. So, to the fans, to everyone watchin’… thank you. Thank you for standin’ by me, even when I ain’t always done things the cleanest way. I promise you this—you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. The Midwest Nightmare is just gettin’ started!
(With that, Ryan turns to leave, but not before tipping his imaginary hat to the room, a big old cowboy grin on his face. The media watches in awe as he exits, the energy of his victory still electrifying the air.)
