MATCH LENGTH AND FORMAT
- Matches are fought under sudden death rules - one fall, one submission or a knockout unless otherwise stated.
- Lightning bouts have a ten (10) minute time limit.
- Non-title and preliminary tournament bouts have a fifteen (15) minute time limit.
- Title and tournament final bouts have a thirty (30) minute time limit.
- Best of three fall matches have a twenty (20) minute time limit for each fall.
- Wager matches have no time limit.
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
- Titles can change hands by pinfall, submission, knockout, stoppage or disqualification.
- Champions must have at least one defense within a ninety (90) day period, or have a defense scheduled within that time frame.
- Champions must accrue three successful defenses in order to qualify for a rematch clause.
- Immediate rematches will only occur in the event of a controversial finish.
TEAM MATCH FORMAT
- A standard tag is made when the partner on the apron, holding the tag rope makes physical contact with the legal fighter.
- An automatic tag is made when the legal fighter leaves the ring, whether it is by their own volition or not.
- If multiple fighters from the same team remain in the ring for more than ten seconds, they will be disqualified for outside interference.

METHODS OF VICTORY
- Pinfall: Pinning an opponent's shoulders to the mat for three seconds as counted by the referee in charge.
- Tapout Submission: A fighter physically submits to a hold or strikes by tapping the mat or the opponent.
- Technical Submission: A fighter loses consciousness or has a limb broken while in a hold.
- Verbal Submission: A fighter yells or voices their intention to submit.
- Knockout: The opponent fails to return to a vertical base or back to the ring before the referee's ten count is complete.
- Referee Stoppage: A referee determines a fighter is unable to intelligently defend themselves.
- Doctor Stoppage: A ringside physician decrees a fighter cannot continue due to injury or laceration.
- Corner Stoppage: A manager, second or teammate calls for an end to the bout for the safety of their fighter.
- Disqualification: A fighter may be disqualified for any of the reasons below.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
REFEREE'S DISCRETION
- Disregarding the instructions of the referee.
- Biting, gouging, fish hooking, hair pulling, attire ripping, scratching, thumbing the eyes.
- Holding the ropes, an opponent's hair/mask or attire for any kind of leverage.
- Inflicting excessive punishment, not actively trying to win the match.
- Refusing to break a hold that is in the ropes or let an opponent off the ropes or back inside the ring.
- Refusing to engage an opponent, including continuous holding and clinching/grappling with no advancing or strikes.

GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION
- Any attack or intentional contact with the referee in charge or ringside officials.
- Any blatant contact with the opponent's groin area.
- Any outside interference by managers, seconds or corners.
- Removing an opponent's attire - including masks.
- Throwing an opponent over the top rope and to the floor.
- Use of weapons or foreign objects inside the ring.
