Match Length and Format
- Matches are fought under sudden death rules - one fall, one submission, or a knockout - unless otherwise stated.
- Lightning bouts have a ten (10) minute time limit.
- Non-title and preliminary tournament bouts have a fifteen (15) minute time limit.
- Title and tournament bouts have a thirty (30) minute time limit.
Championship Format
- Championship titles can change hands by pinfall, submission, knockout, stoppage or disqualification.
- Champions must have at least one defense within a ninety (90) day period, or a have a defense scheduled within that time frame.
- Rematch clauses are only granted in the case of a controversial finish.
- Fighters exceeding 225lbs are ineligible to compete for the cruiserweight title.
Tag Team / Trios / Tetrad Bouts
- A standard tag is made when the legal fighter makes contact with their partner on the apron, holding the tag rope.
- An automatic tag is made when the legal fighter exits the ring, whether it was by their own volition or not.
- Partner(s) may not enter the ring to assist the legal fighter unless they are on offense, but only have a ten second grace period to be inside the ring.
Methods of Victory
- PINFALL: Pinning an opponent's shoulders to the mat for three seconds as counted by the referee in charge.
- SUBMISSION:
- Tapout: A fighter physically submits to a hold or strikes by tapping the mat or the opponent.
- Technical: A fighter loses consciousness or has a limb broken while in a hold.
- Verbal: A fighter yells or voices their intention to submit.
- KNOCKOUT:
- The opponent fails to return to a vertical base or back to the ring before the referee's ten count is complete.

- STOPPAGE:
- Referee: A referee determines a fighter is unable to intelligently defend themselves.
- Doctor: A ringside physician decrees a fighter cannot continue due to injury or laceration.
- Corner: A manager, second or teammate calls for an end to the bout for the safety of their fighter.
- DISQUALIFICATION:
- A fighter receives a red card for any of the reasons listed below.

Penalty Card System
- Referee's instructions and rulings are absolute, fighters and their seconds must always follow them.
- Referees utilize a three strikes rule in order to keep fighters in line during the course of a match.
- If a fighter commits a minor foul, they receive a public warning - a yellow card - to shape up and compete within the rules.
- If a fighter commits any type of foul, minor or major - after having received two yellow cards, they will receive a red card for an immediate disqualification.
- If an infraction is severe enough, a red card can be issued without a fighter having received any prior cards.
- A referee must personally bear witness to a foul in order to card a fighter for it.
Public Warnings / Yellow Card Fouls
- Disregarding the instructions of the referee.
- Punching with the fist, kicking with the toe.
- Biting, gouging, fish hooking, hair pulling, attire ripping, scratching, thumbing the eyes.
- Holding the ropes, an opponent's hair/mask or attire for any kind of leverage.
- Refusing to break a hold that is in the ropes or let an opponent off the ropes or back inside the ring.
- Refusing to engage an opponent, including continuous holding and clinching/grappling with no advancing or strikes.
Automatic Disqualifications / Red Card Fouls
- Attacking the referee or any ringside official.
- Blatant strikes to the groin.
- Inflicting excessive punishment, not actively trying to win the match.
- Outside interference of any kind.
- Removing an opponent's attire - including masks.
- Use of weapons or foreign objects inside the ring.
