2. Welcome Back for Real - Matt Pulver Return Match - Best of 3 Falls: Matt Pulver, Lynx, MEZA & Orville Newton beat AJ Knight, Kalidah, Azalo & Nizbel, 2 falls to 1 in 19:13.

- Lynx beat Kalidah by disqualification in 8:16.

- Azalo beat Orville Newton by pinfall in 12:09 after a reverse fireman's carry slam. 

- MEZA beat Azalo by tapout submission in 19:13 with la ayakita. 

The Punch Line beat WAG1 in an all-out seven minute sprint.  The finish came after a barrage of elbows found their mark on Squire, leading to Norris and Hull throwing him up and letting gravity do the work as he crashed down onto Vezina's knees.  After the three, Vezina mocked Squire's dancing before Hirai and Crazy Boy chased them off with steel chairs!

There was a lot of tension in the evening's main event, but the Minnesota crowd was pumped to hear "Heart of the Champion" over the speakers for the first time in years.  Matt Pulver led his team into battle opposite AJ Knight, Kalidah and the Herkmen.  After about eight minutes of torrid action, Kalidah stepped in after a roll out from AJ Knight and MEZA, with his back to the Dark Stalker told Lynx he was ready to face him! When MEZA turned around however, he froze up! Lynx hurriedly tagged himself in and went on the attack, the veteran took the fight to the Monster of the Red Mist but the first fall occurred when all hell broke loose! Azalo and Nizbel took out Pulver and Newton while AJ laid low, Lynx found himself on the receiving end of the Mandible Claw! MEZA seemed tormented on the apron, but mustered up the courage and went to get in but Lotte latched onto his leg and wouldn't let go! Kalidah's claw put Lynx out quickly, but referee Tubby Thomas couldn't get Kalidah to relinquish the hold! As Kalidah stared down MEZA as he tried desperately to help, AJ Knight became an unlikely hero as he grabbed Kalidah by the mask and yanked him up - slapping him in the face! As AJ questioned if he was trying to get them outright disqualified, Kalidah goozled AJ! MEZA broke free and attacked Kalidah, unintentionally saving AJ! Security and medics intervened, escorting Kalidah to the back and checking on Lynx respectively.  Lynx would be carried to the back, but not before telling MEZA to get back out there. 

With the match down to 3v3, the Herkmen really shined as a tandem using quick tags and attacks to keep Pulver, MEZA and Newton reeling.  AJ Knight got frustrated at being excluded and jumped in, chucked out Nizbel and continued on attacking MEZA.  "Traitor!" echoed around the ringside area as Lotte shrieked, then Azalo and Nizbel repeated.  AJ and MEZA battled hard, but a superkick found its mark and sent the young MEZA to the floor.  The crowd erupted, thinking we'd get Pulver vs. AJ but Orville Newton leapt in and charged at AJ.  AJ sidestepped him and he fell into the enemy corner, AJ looked at Pulver, smirked and rolled out leaving the Herkmen to pick the bones! The tandem picked Orville up after some violence and threw him Into the Pit! The double team reverse fireman's carry slam, Pulver tried to make the save but Nizbel took him out as Azalo made the cover for the three!

Pulver batted Nizbel away and took the fight to Azalo, dodging an attack and clocking him with elbows! A rolling elbow sent Azalo out of the ring as Nizbel collected him, but Pulver bounced off the ropes and looked poised to fly... but he stopped short and looked conflicted.  The boos turned heavy as AJ Knight rolled him up in a school boy and almost scored the three, but a last second kickout saved the match.  AJ tried to score with a DDT, but a northern lights suplex counter put him to the mat.  AJ rolled out and the Herkmen attacked Pulver from behind, pummelling him down... until Orville Newton came in for the save, bowling Azalo into Nizbel! With Azalo propped in the corner, Newton shushed the crowd and then began slapping the Herkmen's chest - ASTRONOMY, BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY! Newton then grabbed Azalo and shot him across the ring, but Nizbel grabbed Newton's foot and yanked him out.  MEZA charged in, tackled Azalo to the mat and wrapped him up in la ayakita to secure his second big win in less than a month!

After the match, MEZA hurried to the back to check on his partner while Pulver and Newton played to the crowd, signed some autographs and thanked everyone for coming.  Newton told Pulver that his mom needs to know if he's coming to Thanksgiving dinner next week! Before Pulver could answer, a fan asked if she could come but poor bashful Newton was left breathless! Mason Marvelle signed off, saying the next Pollo Road event will be 12/4 in Thunder Bay!
