CRUISERWORLD! DAY 3 Results
During the previous night, a makeshift shrine was erected in honor of Demon Lord ZENKI where at times one could find dozens of fans/religious fanatics praying that the masked nationalist hero would claim victory the next day. During today’s breakfast and lunch hours, it seemed as if every coffee shop and restaurant was filled with vigorous discussion about who would win and, perhaps interestingly, who should win. Pro-wrestling analyst Toshihiro Ohata went onto a local TV show said that he believed that ZENKI’s by-any-means-necessary attitude undermined Japanese pro-wrestling’s appeal to a global audience and urged MAX-J to show good sportsmanship by inviting the Americans back to the country if they ever promoted a future event in the country.
The stakes of the show could not be higher. Not only were the new tag team titles on the line, but the USA-Japan series was tied up at 4-4, meaning that the 8-man elimination tag team match would decide which team would ultimately be declared the winners.
Given the controversy yesterday surrounding the ruse orchestrated by Demon Lord ZENKI against David Troy, an increased security presence could be seen checking bags and ensuring that no fans brought foreign objects onto the beach. Additionally, security personnel surrounded the respective teams’ tents to ensure that a conflict would not break out prior to the event itself.
As the show began, MAX-J brand CEO Masaaki Sano joined together with Pollo Road GM Mandeville Nelson as well as officials from the All-Japan Sports and Wrestling Coalition to place the World Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship belts on display for the first time. Sano took the microphone and said that he was impressed with both the Japanese and the Americans, with the latter earning cheers from the crowd as well as a few boos. He thanked everyone on the beach for selling out the show for three days promised the fans that the final day of CRUISERWORLD! would not disappoint.
The show got off to a hot start with the first semifinals of the Pollo brothers versus METAL HERO and Earth Warrior. METAL HERO was determined to start the match and called out Sangre de Pollo, who defeated him on Day 1, to also start. Not one to back down, Sangre obliged and the intensity in the ring was palpable. The aggressive HERO had a chip on his shoulder, but Sangre played a more defensive style focused on wearing out the robotic warrior, dodging and blocking kicks without necessarily firing back. This allowed Sangre to eventually go for a surprise inside cradle and almost score the pinfall victory within the first five munutes, but METAL HERO kicked out just in time!
The match would continue on with the fighters rotating in and out with chain wrestling, but the first break truly came when Earth Warrior attempted a hurricanrana but Ultimo Pollo IV dropped him for a snap powerbomb! This would force METAL HERO to use the team’s one save so that the match could continue.
Earth Warrior somehow would find a way to get a second wind and escape to tag in METAL HERO who immediately rushed in with a lariat to down Ultimo Pollo IV, who would roll to the outside of the ring to tag in Sangre de Pollo. The two men would trade elbow strikes until METAL HERO hit a high-angle backdrop driver! He would then roll out of the ring and Earth Warrior would ascend to the top rope and hit a diving leg drop that he quickly transitioned to a cross armbreaker that would force Sangre de Pollo to tap out and send the Japanese team to the finals! The crowd applauded both teams when they separately exited the ring.
There was a pause just before the next semifinals when a rather odd scent was detected in the crowd and reported to officials. It appeared that a Zenki zealot was burning incense in a makeshift container hoping to purify the air for Demon Lord ZENKI. The fan was promptly escorted from the audience.
The second semifinals began with ZENKI squaring off against LYNX, the two elder statesmen getting the action going. LYNX showed his own and put ZENKI in a hammerlock, but the Demon Lord would spin out of it and push LYNX away, demonstrating his strength.
LYNX would tag in MEZA who took a cautious approach but exhibited significant speed which would cause ZENKI to eventually tag in the younger Starboy Toyama who would match MEZA’s pace. Whether it was the tagging in of the junior partner or MEZA just getting a feel for the match, MEZA would go on the attack with confidence, at one point hitting a spinning back fist, a jumping enzuigiri, and then a tornado DDT in quick succession to nearly pickup the win!
A nervous ZENKI would smack the top of the turnbuckle and urge Toyama to tag him in, but the team of MEZA and LYNX would continue a policy of quickly tagging one another in-and-out, doing quick damage to Toyama, and then tagging the other back in again. This clinic continued for quite some time until MEZA went for a roundhouse kick that Toyama ducked and hit an enzuigiri himself and then tagged in ZENKI who rushed in and hit MEZA with the Zanbato! ZENKI would cover but LYNX would disrupt the pin, using up the team’s save.
ZENKI would use his power to throw around the much lighter and younger MEZA, who seemed to be woozy as the Demon Lord hammered him with repeated brainbusters! But MEZA continued to kickout. ZENKI would then put MEZA on his shoulders for a reverse samoan drop and instruct Starboy to go to the top rope and hit a diving leg drop that sent MEZA backflipping down to the mat, knowing that the American team no longer had a save. He rolled out of the ring and instructed Toyama to pin MEZA for the 1-2-3-wait-a-foot-on-the-ropes!
Toyama would lock on a triangle chokehold in the middle of the ring. MEZA would attempt to squirm out and eventually get into a standing position, still bent over in the triangle though, unable to escape. As his knees became wobbly, with a grunt he lifted Toyama up with a powerbomb that broke the hold! He then ascended the turnbuckle, but instead of leaping into the ring, he jumped onto the apron on the outside on the same side as ZENKI and rushed him with a diving tackle, sending both men to the outside of the ring!
A cool night on a windswept beach, you couldn’t ask for a better evening to be at a professional wrestling event. With 2,500 fans in attendance, it seemed as if the entire seaside town and more descended on Shirahama Beach.

With LYNX now the legal man, he took Toyama into his custody and hit him with a high angle release German suplex that jackknifed Toyama and then quickly transitioning to capturing Starboy in a La Magistral cradle for the 1-2-3! The fans were in shock as many of the Zenki zealots in the crowd seemingly roared in pain at the fact that the American team would be going to the finals. The Team USA tent could be seen pumping their fists collectively as the Team Japan tent stood with their hands on their hips and a bit of disappointment that it would not be an All-Japan finals.
SAM HEWITT
Good evening fans, I'm Sam Hewitt and thank you for joining us for the livestream of the final two matches of CRUISERWORLD! The ring is filling up with the eight participants of the Team USA vs. Team Japan elimination match, 4 on 4 and following that will be the finals of the World Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team tournament between our own Lynx & MEZA and MAX-J's METAL HERO and Earth Warrior. Of course, first things first here. We have Team USA consisting of Pollo Dorado II, David Troy, AJ Knight and Orville Newton up against Team Japan's Thunder Mask, Takashi Shinobu, Katsuhiko Himura and Pollo Road's Jin Hirai. The series is tied 4-4 so this elimination bout will serve as the tie-breaker and I should that elimination can occur by pinfall, submission, knockout, disqualification or by knocking the legal participant out of the ring and to the floor. There's enough moving parts in this bout without the referee having to wrangle the fighters back inside. OK, I understand we're ready to go...
"The Golden Ace" Takashi Shinobu clearly has unfinished business as he steps forward, demanding to be met in the middle by David Troy. The fans may not be overly familiar with their encounter in Pollo Road last year, but they're certainly familiar with both fighters and intrigued by the prospective match-up. The Zealots make their presence known as Shinobu shows he is ready to go, but the issue with the PR side stems from AJ Knight and Pollo Dorado II while their respective partners try to smooth things over. Newton just gets shoved aside and Dorado pushes Knight down in response, but Troy and Dorado have a calm exchange and Dorado nods and exits the ring. AJ Knight begrudgingly does the same, but can't contain himself from chirping Dorado on the apron. As Shinobu and Troy circle around, Troy tells his partner to close his mouth - Knight listens, but Shinobu executes a few kicks to the body in the momentary distraction. Troy backs up into the corner and the referee calls for a break, Shinobu cracks a smile as Troy circles out of the corner. The two tie-up, Shinobu executes a go behind into a rear waist hold and lifts Troy off the mat - Troy winces through the pain to his body, but quickly responds by wrapping his legs around Shinobu's, who releases the waist hold and smacks Troy in the back with a forearm. Shinobu grabs a front chancery and backs up into his corner where Jin Hirai tags himself in. Hirai comes in and Shinobu holds the front facelock, but twists Troy up to expose his torso as Hirai delivers his signature over-the-top theatrical chops to the body.
SAM HEWITT
Make no mistake about it, fans, Jin Hirai's chops are devastatingly effective... if they ever hit with the unnecessary showboating. Plus with whatever the Zealots did to Troy yesterday, I don't think it'll take much to hurt that area.
Shinobu lets go and Troy falls to his knees clutching his torso, heaving, Hirai grabs him in a rear waist hold and tries to drag him back into the middle of the ring, but Troy drops back down to his knees, sending Hirai over him and to the mat. Unfortunately for Troy, Hirai's legs come up and wrap around his neck to apply the headscissors! Troy however steps back up to his feet with Hirai now on his hands, Troy carefully delivers a knee to the lower abdomen and Hirai crumples. Troy tags in Orville Newton, who relishes the opportunity, he grabs Hirai as he's recovering and collar-and-elbows him into a corner. Newton begins to break on zero, as he always does, but Hirai uses that to swoop him around and change positions. A huge slap upside the face causes Newton to drop to his knees as the fans oooh, Hirai is backed up.. but Newton storms the Jamaican-Japanese fighter! Hirai however tags in Katsuhiko Himura.
SAM HEWITT
Jin Hirai just igniting flames and dipping right back out. Interesting to see Orville Newton respond like that though, the kid's pretty mild mannered most of the time. We'll see how the youngster, bright as he is himself, deals with the man known as "Genius" in Katsuhiko Himura.
Himura circles around Newton, seemingly prompting him to make the first move. The inexperience does Newton in as he falls for it, Himura hits a knee to the body en route to a go behind, he tries for a rear naked choke but Newton wrangles the arm and slaps on a side headlock. Himura tries to break free of it, but opts instead to push him back into the ropes. Dorado tries to reach out and tag, but Knight shoves him off the apron and makes the tag himself. Dorado is clearly frustrated, but AJ Knight just smirks. Newton gets shot in on as he rebounds off the ropes, Himura takes him up into the air... AJ has plenty of time to interrupt this, but opts not to, and Himura slams Newton down to the mat! Himura sees AJ inside the ring and abandons Newton, AJ tries to fire off a forearm shot but the strike is blocked and the two wrestle into the ropes as Newton is helped out of the ring by Dorado. The referee calls for a break, Himura backs up on 3 but eats a slap from AJ... so Himura returns the favour! The crowd oohs as the referee gets in between and orders both men back to neutral corners so he can restore some order.
SAM HEWITT
Perhaps the best call our official could make in that situation.
AJ Knight and Katsuhiko Himura emerge from their neutral corners and Himura begins trying to leg kick, and gets a few shots in before AJ catches one as he backs against the ropes. AJ trips him up and looks to apply a single leg crab but a massive slap on his back makes him jump and wince as Pollo Dorado II enters the match. AJ shoots him a death glare as Dorado grabs the downed Himura, the referee forces AJ out of the ring as Dorado crosses Himura's legs, sits his knee on his back and rolls back as he raises him into a bow-and-arrow hold. Himura is clearly in pain, but stays calm and the World's Cruiserweight Champion can only admire this as he relinquishes the hold... and tags in David Troy! Troy jumps in and delivers a soccer kick to the back of Himura, straightening him up in a hurry. Troy tries to grapple him with a front chancery, but Himura slips out and goes behind, applying a chickenwing... FACELOCK! The crossface chickenwing is applied! Himura tries to kick at Troy's legs, forcing him to behind his knees, but Troy does his best to fight it off. Himura abandons the hold, trying instead for a German suplex... but Troy blocks it and executes a standing switch...
DEEP GERMAN!
SUPLEX HOLD!

2-NO!
Himura gets the shoulder up and Troy rolls to his corner where AJ Knight tags back in. AJ grabs Himura and quickly scoop slams him, then returns to his attempt at a single leg crab from earlier. Himura does an excellent job at calmly defending it, even through AJ getting a bit frustrated and kicking at his thigh. AJ turns him over quickly, locking it in... but Himura crawls toward the ropes and gets a hold of it. Hirai quickly slaps at his arm, tagging himself in and grabs AJ before the hold is even broken, smacking him with a headbutt! AJ is staggered by the shot and falls into the corner. The Japanese team is forced to disperse to either side as Hirai comes charging in for the Bronco Buster, but AJ can only roll inches away as Hirai crashes into the buckles and falls on his opponent as a result, instead of how he intended. Thunder Mask reaches out for a tag and the crowd gets loud!
SAM HEWITT
A thunderous reaction for the legendary Thunder Mask! Longtime fans in the Pollo System will remember him defending the GPWS Jr. Heavyweight title in Madison Square Garden as part of the FUSION super event in 2017. His retirement plans were brought to a sudden halt when word of this CRUISERWORLD event hit.
Thunder Mask steps through the ropes and soaks in the crowd reaction for a moment, then motions for AJ Knight to get to his feet. Knight gets up, and Thunder Mask tells him to have a free shot - offering him his chest. AJ thinks about and shakes his head, telling the legendary fighter to hit him instead! Thunder Mask, despite the mask, turns to the crowd with the expression of "my pleasure!" and pulls back his arm, readying up a mighty shotei palm strike...

The beach is rocking as AJ Knight has been eliminated! AJ's looking at the referee in shock, no argument - no nothing, he's speechless... for once! He shakes his head as Pollo Dorado II waves to him, Orville Newton is on his knees cracking up but AJ shrugs his shoulders and tells them to enjoy the handicap situation. Troy throws his arms up in the plainest "gee, thanks" gesture.
SAM HEWITT
AJ Knight is definitely surprised to be out of the match first, but his elimination at the hands of Thunder Mask seems to be a blessing in disguise for him as just told Dorado and Newton... and Troy, by association, to enjoy the shorthanded situation.
"THUN-DAAH MASU-KU! THUN-DAAH MASU-KU!" fills the beach area as the legend acknowledges the fans. Mask tags in Jin Hirai as Orville Newton jumps into the action for his team. Newton shows a ton of fire, backing Hirai up into the corner turnbuckles off of the collar-and-elbow tie-up, but Hirai slaps him again off the break! Newton turns and with the fury of an eleven year old tantrum, Orville Newton is duel wielding these overhand chops! Hirai is cowering as the referee calls for the break! Newton comes to his sense and apologizes to the referee for his outburst, but Hirai lunges forth with a thrust kick! Newton goes down and Hirai shows off some old-school ability - nailing a beautiful standing shooting star press!

AJ Knight can be heard laughing from the staging area while Troy and Dorado exchange a knowing glance. Newton is helped out of the ring as David Troy jumps into the fray. Hirai tags out to Takashi Shinobu who smiles as he steps through the ropes. The two men circle, sizing one another up before Shinobu just straight push kicks Troy in the torso! Troy falls backwards into the ropes clutching his midsection, Shinobu smiles and approaches, but the referee tries to intervene. Shinobu hesitates, saying something back to the official and Troy grabs him in a plum clinch and musters all he can into a knee! It connects! Unfortunately though, Shinobu falls forward and both men crash through the ropes and to the floor! Their simultaneous elimination is announced as Knight rushes in from the staging area to ringside to check on his partner while all eyes are on the 3-1 advantage for team Japan.
SAM HEWITT
Pollo Dorado II has a huge hill climb if he wants to take this one home.
Dorado steps into the ring and cautiously circles about with Thunder Mask now in the ring. The legendary Cruiser-God and the PMLL Cruiserweight Champion lock horns, rolling across the ropes until they wind up in the corner. Thunder Mask tries to unleash his mighty palm strike, but Dorado dodges it and circles out of the corner. He grabs Thunder's arm and drags him down to the mat, but the Cruiser-God pops right back up as Dorado tries to act quickly and grab a hold of the arm again. The two wind up in a clinch and close to enemy territory for Dorado, Hirai tags himself in and hurriedly attacks while Dorado and Thunder are still clinched! Several chops to the lower back drop Dorado to his knees, Thunder Mask exits as Hirai puts the boots to the Cruiserweight Champion and tries to force him out underneath the bottom rope! When that proves unsuccessful, Hirai quickly tags in Himura who rushes in himself.
SAM HEWITT
Team Japan definitely not taking this 3-1 advantage lightly! They smell blood in the water!
Dorado quickly shoots for a takedown on Himura, but it gets stuffed! Himura grabs Dorado's arm from the top and pulls him down into a cross armbreaker, the fans are loud with "NI-HON!" chants as Dorado tries to stay cool. He gets a moment to move and tries to roll Himura onto his back, but the Genius is too wise. He upkicks Dorado, sending him teetering back into the ropes and gets up, grabbing him from behind and applying a rear naked choke! Dorado lunges for the ropes, but he's still too close to enemy territory and Thunder Mask tags himself in. Himura throws Dorado into the corner and Thunder Mask lights him up with chops! He drags Dorado into the centre of the ropes and Irish whips him, Dorado bounces off the opposite ropes and absolutely eats the Thunder palm strike! Thunder calls for the end, pulling Dorado to his feet and scooping him up...

Somehow, someway, Dorado slips down and Victory rolls!

Dorado moves and scores with a dropkick! Unfortunately, he's too worn down to follow up immediately and Hirai beats him back to the vertical base. Hirai grabs him and kicks him in the gut, then again hits the ropes and tries for the Scissor Kick but once again, it misses and Dorado double chickenwings the arms... Las Alitas al Ajillo!

THUNDER MA-NO!
Somehow, someway, Dorado slips down and Victory rolls!

Thunder Mask is eliminated! Jin Hirai is one second too late on the save and kicks Dorado after the three, but bounds off the ropes and goes for the Scissor Kick! And Team Japan takes it courtesy of Katsuhiko Himura and the Diamond Yari Drop!
The Team Japan members would celebrate in the ring as each of them were handed small trophies to commemorate their victory. Additionally, Pollo Dorado II was presented with the ENSOU! TV Fighting Spirit Award for scoring the most falls of any wrestler in the series, being presented with a ceremonial silver wakizashi (short sword). He nodded and raised the sword in the air with a courtesy bow to earn a major pop from the crowd and nodded to the victorious Team Japan members who respectfully returned the gesture.
SAM HEWITT
Although Himura would seal the series win, by scoring at least two falls during the course of the match, Pollo Dorado II scored the most falls of any competitor in the series and has earned some hardware to take back home for himself, ensuring that the Americans won't go home empty-handed. But the biggest prize of the night is up for grabs next - the World Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship will be decided in just a few moments!
SAM HEWITT
With the customary proceedings out of the way, it's main event time!
The opening bell sounds to begin our main event as Lynx starts off opposite of Earth Warrior. The two men circle around, the size advantage not terribly disparate. Lynx grabs an arm and wrings it, quickly executing a snapmare out of it, Warrior's arms are restrained as Lynx tries to pull them back... but the Earth Warrior rolls aside to evade the submission. Unfortunately, Lynx keeps a hold of one arm and wrings it again before tossing Warrior down onto the mat with the momentum. Holding onto the arm, Lynx somersaults over which lifts Warrior off the mat and into an arm drag! The Japanese crowd oohs as Lynx's lucha skills, but oohs even more when Earth Warrior kips up with his arm locked and arm drags his way out of it! Lynx rolls to his knees and nods at Warrior as the fans applaud the efforts of both men in that exchange.
SAM HEWITT
Jiichiro Kagami, the Earth Warrior, he's well versed in the Mexican style as he spent a year there on excursion and he was a gymnast in high school, which seems pretty evident given how easily he kipped up during that exchange. I also hear that he spent as much time on the pommel horse as he did fighting for the rights of horses to be free of having to eat substandard hay!
The lock-up sees Earth come out with a rear waist hold, then trip Lynx to the mat! He grabs a leg, but Lynx rolls onto his stomach. No problem for the Warrior as he rolls across Lynx's back and puts the veteran in a front chancery, but Lynx rolls out of it with a fireman's carry that he bridges out of for a pin!
1-NO!
Warrior scuttles away while Lynx does a kip up of his own! The crowd chuckles as MEZA's reaction suggests he didn't know his coach could do that! Both men tag in their respective partners and we get MEZA versus former MAX World Jr. Heavyweight Champion METAL HERO! HERO seems to study MEZA's movements as the youngster circles around him, then leads with a leg kick and a quick single leg takedown! MEZA rolls onto his stomach, HERO grabs his waist and tries to pull him up but MEZA executes a switch. He tries to apply a front chancery, but HERO avoids it and slaps on one of his own! He pulls MEZA to his feet and releases, snapping off a kick to the chest as the youngster tries to pull away! MEZA successfully grabs the leg after the kick and tries to do something with it, but HERO slaps him with a palm strike and sends him into a defensive mode. HERO takes MEZA down again, applying a leg lock... but MEZA doesn't want his bad wheel targeted and uses his free leg to try and kick at his head but HERO dodges each one with a robotic pace! Instead of north south, MEZA opts to go east to west and catches HERO in the head with a kick that way! HERO falls aside, but MEZA gets in front of him as he's getting up, grabs an arm and hammerlocks it, then begins going counter clockwise with his legs.
SAM HEWITT
An excellent use of the grounded hammerlock here! He's really torquing on the arm!
MEZA tries to jump into back control but HERO slips out. MEZA turns around and eats a leg kick, which hobbles him... HERO grabs him and backs him into the ropes before shooting him across. MEZA leaps onto the second rope and tries to come back with a Coffin Drop but HERO side steps it and charges into the ropes, MEZA recovers just in time to eat a charging Yakuza kick from METAL HERO - knocking him down to the mat and rolling over to where Lynx can tag in. Lynx rushes in, blasting HERO with an elbow strike that sends him into disarray, the veteran Mexican fighter pushes him down across the middle rope and charges across the ring, rebounding off the ropes and comes in hot, driving his leg across the neck/back of METAL HERO and by association, the throat due to the ropes involvement. Lynx pulls him back off the ropes and makes a cover!

SAM HEWITT
An excellent choice to pin off that move despite the two count. With the way METAL HERO's throat came down across the middle rope, it can knock a whole lot of wind out of you... and given the mask, or helmet, whatever he's wearing, it can probably restrict the breathing just a bit more and make it hard to kick out of that. Just goes to show the fortitude and heart that METAL HERO was uh... programmed to have.
Lynx tags in MEZA, who comes in and pulls METAL HERO up to a seated position. He then bounds into the ropes and scores with a sliding lariat! MEZA then grabs a front chancery, pulling HERO up to his knees and then switches to a rear waist hold. He tries to German suplex him, but it's clear the leg isn't cooperating completely with him. HERO blocks it, then tries for a kneebar! MEZA quickly gets to the ropes to break the hold, while HERO releases and tags in Earth Warrior! Warrior comes in and is met by Lynx, the now legal fighter for his team. Warrior drives a knee into his gut and tries for an Irish whip, but Lynx reverses it and arm drags him down! Warrior pops right back up, but a single leg takedown gets him and Lynx works fast, rolling him onto his stomach where he plants his feet on the back of Warrior's legs and then slaps at his body, pulling the arms back as they naturally react.
ROMERO SPECIAL!
The crowd oohs as Lynx hoists him up, looking directly up at the night sky. They ooh even more as Lynx rolls him to his side and then his stomach and restarts the move, using the momentum to put him right back up! He then slowly lowers Warrior down, planting his shoulders into the mat for a pinning predicament!

Lynx gets sent into the corner and Warrior charges in, Lynx lifts his legs up and Warrior goes headfirst, Lynx lowers his legs and rolls through...

Now a quick reminder, fans. In Pollo Road, each fighter gets a save to use in a tag team match but the rules of the IDO-AJSWC state that a single save is given to each team. As such, MEZA's save means that Patrimonio are out of saves and any subsequent saves will result in a disqualification.
Lynx tolls out of the ring as MEZA goes back to the corner and grabs the tag rope, which signifies an automatic tag. A heartbreaking scene to end the night for Pollo Road fans, Lynx unable to make the save and just hoping that MEZA would kick out but it was not to be, the youngster put up a valiant fight in this title bout especially coming off the leg injury and jumping right into this. However, our new World Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions are METAL HERO and the Earth Warrior of Maximum Japan Pro-Wrestling!
Earth Warrior gets in the ring and hugs METAL HERO, who seems unsure how to respond to emotion. Lynx checks on MEZA, in a seated position on the canvas, who repeatedly asks where he was but Lynx pats him on the chest, telling him he couldn't do anything. The fans are on their feet as MAX-J, Pollo Road, and AJSWC officials also enter the ring. METAL HERO approaches kneels down to MEZA - and extends a hand! MEZA pauses for a moment but takes it and accepts the act of good sportsmanship. MEZA points over to the World Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team belts that are currently being held in the arms of executives in suits and says, "This doesn't end here. We'd better see you two soon back in the Great Lakes!" to which METAL HERO nodded.
SAM HEWITT
It's nights like these from which you grow and learn as a competitor. I have a feeling that this will be the first of many great Tag Team Championship matches to come!
METAL HERO and Earth Warrior stood in the ring and accepted the championship belts and the waist-high trophies for winning the tournament. As the cameras flashed around them, METAL HERO stood robotically with the tag title belt over his shoulder and Earth Warrior wrapped the title belt around his waist and lifted a poster of a whale carcass with block letters in English that read, "IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT!", taking every opportunity to turn victory into publicity, as the slowly panned out to the brightly lit beach and gave the viewers one last look of the wine dark sea before slowly fading to black.
