Greetings from the Pollo Road! Fans, we are here in the Soo - Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario for ROAD WARRIORS! Let's waste no time. Marvelle, take it away.
MASON MARVELLE
Your opening bout for ROAD WARRIORS is a lightning match! It is to be fought over a special ten minute time limit with one fall, one submission or a knockout to decide the winner! Introducing first from Tribune, Mexico! He weighs in at three h--huh?
Mostaza yells something.
MASON MARVELLE
...excuse me, a slim and trim two hundred pounds... EL CERDO MOSTAZA!
Mostaza throws up an arm as his roar booms throughout the venue.
MASON MARVELLE
His opponent from Tokyo, Japan! He weighs in at two hundred and five pounds... RED TIGER KING!
King bows.
MASON MARVELLE
Your referee for this bout is Ted Thomas!
"TUBBY!" is yelled by the crowd as Thomas finishes checking over both fighters and calls for the opening bell. Mostaza slowly stalks his prey while the Red Tiger King shows no signs of fear whatsoever despite the size difference, and circles around looking for the right opening. El Cerdo Mostaza doesn't want to wait though and grabs RTK, but the masked tiger fights it with all his might. Mostaza goes off balance and this is the opening that RTK needs, as he swings Mostaza around and backs him against the turnbuckles...
PALM STRIKE!
A shotei upside the head gets Ted Thomas on RTK's case, but doesn't seem to fluster El Cerdo Mostaza as much as he probably thought it would. Mostaza casually gets out of the corner and they circle each other again. This time sees RTK leap up on the lock-up, clamping on a front chancery... but Mostaza doesn't let him land back on his feet... he instead throws him up and lets gravity do the rest. RTK makes a split second choice - hang on, or let go and brace his fall. He chooses the latter and lands on the mat from a good seven feet up, ECM immediately snatches him and applies a side headlock. Mostaza yells out that he'll squish him like a grape! Mostaza barely gets the final few words before RTK lifts him up...
BACKDROP SUPLEX!
SAM HEWITT
It wasn't high, it wasn't pretty but it's three hundred and twenty pounds crushing into the mat unwillingly, so it hurts just the same.
BRIAN SHELZI
And look at Mostaza, he gets over to the ropes and buys himself a few moments. Guys like him aren't used to being dropped like that, so it could've easily put him down for three seconds. I just wonder how much it took out of Red Tiger King to do it.
The two men lock-up in the centre of the ring, but a big knee from Mostaza doubles over the Tiger and a clubbing blow puts him on all fours. Mostaza yanks him up by the mask and more or less throws him into the ropes. RTK rebounds, ducks a wild swinging arm and bounds off the opposite ropes! He leaps into the air!
CROSSBOD-NO! HE GETS CAUGHT!
Mostaza catches him in mid-air, pivots and slams the masked Tiger down on the mat. He covers!

2-NO!
Mostaza yanks Tiger up by the mask and chucks him out between the ropes. Thomas tries to convince Mostaza to stay inside the ring, but that goes about as well as you'd expect. ECM goes out after RTK, clubbing him with forearms from behind before hoisting him up in an overhead press and chucking him into the same tables that he encountered back at OPEN ROAD on 1/9! Fortunately for RTK, or unfortunately, his head takes the brunt of it as he catches the edge of the table rather than his whole body going through it. Mostaza rolls back inside to break the count, then right back out. Thomas comes out after him, doing everything short of cussing at the big man that stands a good foot taller than him. Mostaza ignores him, pulling up RTK and steadying him to Irish whip him into the guardrail! RTK seemingly catches himself enough to avoid a big crash, but it hits the rail either way. Mostaza charges in...
SAM HEWITT
He was playing possum!
Indeed, RTK moves and Mostaza crashes! Tiger grabs him up and whips him into the adjacent rails, then high tails it back to the ring to break the ten count. RTK steps out a second time just to give Mostaza more time.
BRIAN SHELZI
He should really just take the knockout victory that was handed to him on a silver platter, but no, Sambo, this kid's got to fight with honour! Sometimes it makes me sick.
Mostaza makes it back into the ring after stumbling around ringside. RTK sizes him up, then bowls into him with a spinning heel kick! RTK lands on top of him, barely knocking the big man off his feet. RTK slips out between the ropes and heads up top, but Mostaza is back on his feet. No matter, the Tiger soars through the air - pouncing on his prey - only to get caught! Mostaza sets him down and tries to hook him up for a suplex, but gets blocked. Mostaza shoves him away, but RTK recovers by dropkicking the big man in the thigh - stumbling him backwards. Mostaza lands on the ropes, RTK rushes him... steps up his torso and back flips into the centre of the ring! The crowd applauds, but the angry Mostaza storms out for a lariat that is easily ducked. RTK leaps onto the second rope and spins around, clamping on a front chancery and nails a tornado DDT! Mostaza lands face down, meaning RTK has to not only clear the distance between them but also work to turn him over! He tries, and tries... and turns him over! RTK lands on top, hooks the leg...

NO!
SAM HEWITT
A heck of a DDT from the Red Tiger King, but just too long a delay between impact and the pin.
BRIAN SHELZI
I dig how Mostaza took the full count to recuperate too. A good breather and some mind games, too.
RTK looks up, judges the distance from the corner to Mostaza and decides to go for it. He climbs the turnbuckles and is ready to moonsault when the bell sounds! The crowd boos, but then turns into murmurs as the lights go out. A howl of pain can be heard and a thud, but we're only left to speculate as the lights remain off.
BACK ON!
RTK is against the ropes, scratch marks across his chest. The camera quickly switches to our ringside man, rushing over to where Mostaza has a hold of something. He tugs on it and comes up with a red jacket, but tosses it aside and goes outside in chase mode. He throws up the ring skirt and looks inside, but smoke begins billowing out. Hewitt and Shelzi wonder aloud what it might be as Mostaza freaks out and backs away. RTK walks over and picks up the jacket, shakes his head no frantically and takes off to the back as Mason Marvelle says that despite the commotion, the lightning match has ended in a time limit draw.
